Basement Kitchen: Consider 4 options.
- 1. do nothing,
- 2. give members $3,000 to beautify room as they see fit
- 3. scaled back Paul Lowe bid to countertops, maybe a new sink and maybe a dishwasher if we can get free from Albert Lee for free or greatly reduced price
- 4. Gut the room and put in steel racks on wheels so room can be quickly reconfigured (retain sink?)
